المبادئ التوجيهية الـ 16 ـ أدوات وإيحاءات لحياة سعيدة

The 16G International Guidelines Program (16G) is based on a simple idea - we can change the way we experience the world ,through reflecting and transformation of the way we think, act, relate to others and find meaning. becoming compassionate and caring for ourselves and others. Exploring the 16 guidelines, which express universal values, enables a deeper acquaintance with ourselves, breaking down restrictive self-perceptions, improving our relationships, making better decisions and finding peace of mind and resilience, even in times of crisis.

The 16 Guidelines program was initiated in 2006 by the Organization for the Development of Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW) and currently operates in 22 countries. Thousands of people around the world have found in the program a simple, practical and in-depth learning framework that contributes significantly to finding happiness, fulfillment and meaning in their personal and professional lives, through the development of emotional resilience, socio-emotional learning skills, social skills and personal and community empowerment. Beit Halomim brought the program to Israel in 2020, when it became the official representative of the program on behalf of FDCW. Dreamer's Home (NGO) offers workshops, lectures and activities for organizational, public and private settings, in Hebrew, Arabic and English.
